Carl-Olof is a partner in the Stockholm office of our affiliated Swedish firm, a leader in the market and one of the largest law firms in Sweden, and has been practicing law for over 25 years, specializing in all aspects of cross border corporate and M&A law among other areas of international business law.
As a senior corporate and transactional lawyer, among his other practice areas, Carl routinely coordinates multiple issues on a regular basis for clients in labor and employment law including on transfer of undertakings legislation, redundancies and shut downs, and opening new operations as well as high level executive contracts and litigation.
Carl-Olof is a member of the Swedish Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association and New York Bar Association including the Executive Committee of its International Section and former Chair and is admitted to practice in Sweden and New York.
He is ranked in Chambers for areas including corporate and M&A and is cited as being “incredibly committed and commercial, with a great client focus.”
As Nordic Coordinator, Carl handles both labor and other business law projects on a cross-border basis in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the Baltics as well as projects centered in the Nordic region with global aspects, providing a one-stop integrated approach to Nordic based and related initiatives.
He speaks fluent English and Swedish.
