Labor and Employment Practice:
Within our China affiliate, we have a top tier team of labor counsel who have extensive knowledge and experience in handling all types of labor issues in the context of business transactions and daily operations. Our team particularly has great experience in dealing with employment matters relating to Foreign Invested Enterprises (FIEs).
