Pia is partner and one of two founders of Next based in Stockholm and serving businesses all over Sweden. Pia has 25 years of experience advising on employment law in the broadest sense including executive contracts, incentive and benefit programs, pension and insurance, collective employment issues including major reorganizations and downsizing processes, GDPR, restrictive covenant clauses, trade secrets and other loyalty issues.
Other Areas of Practice:
- Pia also has extensive knowledge and experience of trade union consultations from her time as inhouse lawyer in an employers’ organisation.
- Pia regularly represents clients in employment disputes in the Swedish Labour Court, general courts, and arbitration proceedings, as well as in disputes arising from injuries and accidents in the workplace.
