The Baltic team advises clients on all aspects of labour and employment law in the Baltic region. We cover recruitment, employment contracts, immigration, work permits, terminations and exits, policies and handbooks, EU and local regulations, executive remuneration, fiduciary responsibilities, collective bargaining, works councils, director liability, non-competition, confidentiality and employment regulatory standards. We have extensive experience in restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
