Our affiliate in Italy was founded by a group of likeminded lawyers who have built up extensive experience in different fields of national and international law.

With a team of over 45 professionals and offices in Rome and Milan, our affiliate firm is able to ensure highly qualified legal advice throughout the Italian territory.

The team specializes in a wide range of business and labor law practice areas, representing clients in a wide variety of industry sectors including: energy, pharmaceuticals, technology and banking amongst many others. The firm has extensive expertise in international transactions and our firm is able to offer assistance in English, French, German and Spanish to meet the needs of foreign customers in Italy.

Labor and Employment Practice:

Our affiliate in Italy regularly advises on all areas of labor and employment law across all industry sectors and regularly represents employers in labor disputes before all Italian courts/arbitration panels.  

Among other areas the team also advises on all labor aspects of mergers and acquisitions as well as restructurings of  Italian companies, the drafting of employment contracts specifically for executives, employees and consultants, the drafting and revision of “bonus plan” and also for groups of companies,  individual and collective dismissals and resignations and as a result of corporate restructuring.

The team also advises on government subsidies to protect the employment contract, compulsory employment of disabled persons and solidarity contracts to avoid layoffs or resignations and has experience in the evaluation of pension plans (a factor influencing the operating costs and the ability to have access to social security benefits), assists with the choice of the applicable CCNL (National Collective Contract of Work) and advises on labor and employment law related to starting a business in Italy in addition to many other aspects of labor and employment law.
